To be completed in two phases by Windfall Group developers, the center will be transformed into what is anticipated to be the Largest Asian Lifestyle Shopping Center in the U.S. Phase I, completed in 2021, began the revitalization of the area by welcoming new, local, and authentic Asian themed businesses tenants.
